4,  Our Manufacture Center

We firmly believe that each procedure's preciseness and strictness results in good quality. 80% of our manufacture procedure are processed by imported, automatic and customized facilities. We also have a group of experienced works, many of them are over 15-20 years with us. To ensure each piece of mechanical seal's preciseness and high quality, we apply PPAP, SPC quality managment tools in production facilities and mold managment and maintenance.

We have the industry's leading testing laboratory, and we also have a group of comprehensive testing including the raw materials 's testing and assessment, mechanical seal 's diversified feature and runing test and assessment, we also have pump runing and aging test. The overall testing instruments and platform are enable us to apply PPAP, FEMA,MSA quality tools to guarantee the products' effectiveness from product development to production conformity.

Q1: Are you a factory or trader?
A: We are factory with 29 years' mechanical seal manufacture experience. We have 21760 square meters production base, covering punch, CNC center, rubber vulcanization, polishing, assembly and full automatic workshop.

Q2: How many years warranty for your mechanical seals?
A: Normally we give 1 year's warranty for our mechanical seals.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: For normal products, we don't have MOQ request; For customized products, special products or if you have special requirements like materials

Q8: Do you have any customer or 3-party agency audited?
A:Our factory had audited by SGS and BV, and we also have passed many big company audit as Speroni, Einhell, LEO, LINGXIAO, SHIMGE and so on.

A: Yes, for our normal products, you can get samples very soon; For customized products and with special request samples   

Q10: Can you design mechanical seal by our request?
A: Yes, you can send your drawing or you specific request to us, our professional engineer team will study and discuss with you for the solution.    

Q11: How do you control your quality?
A: We trained each of our worker to be the best QC, should responsible for each piece of products made by self. Meanwhile, we have strict raw materials come inspection, each lot raw materials can be traced; and we have 100% process inspection, 100% surface inspection and AQL standard inspection for finished products, and each lot of goods only can be loaded after receive the finished products Inspection report from our lab.

A: Usually our leadtime is around 20-25 days.
